   "* Sec. 2.  The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by                            
adding a new section to read:                                                                       
 REPORT ON RELOCATION OF NUISANCE MOOSE BY                                                          
PRIVATE PARTIES.  The commissioner of fish and game shall                                           
submit a report by the 10th legislative day of the Second Regular                                   
Session of the Twenty-Fourth Alaska State Legislature regarding the                                 
implementation of AS 16.05.052, added by sec. 1 of this Act, and the                                
effectiveness of authorizing private parties to relocate nuisance moose                             
in reducing the risks posed to the public by nuisance moose and in                                  
avoiding the destruction of nuisance moose."
